Hey everyone happy 2nd to last day of September! I was feeling alot better this morning. It was a cool crisp 50 degrees this morning, such a lovely perfect fall morning!!
Not many other runners this morning but I was able to get a 8.27mile run in a time of 1hr and 33mins!
It was a great feeling running like that. I didn't want to stop I feel that's the best kind run!
Well that's all for now gotta run! Hopefully tomorrow's run is just as awesome!
